Qualifications :
2 plus years
Maintenance-Mechanical Experience Requirements:
Applicant must have good mechanical skills. Experience with motor change outs, maintenance on Chill water AHUs, cleaning coils, changing filters, installing belts, checking motor sheave/pully alignment, exhaust fan maintenance, and pump maintenance. Experience of refrigerant systems and BAS controls a plus. Experience with permit to work and LOTO desired.
