We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join a growing HVAC company serving the Houston market. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technician who can confidently diagnose and repair HVAC systems, communicate well with customers, and work independently. A Texas HVAC license or applicable licensing credentials are strongly preferred , but highly experienced technicians without a license will also be considered. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems Service air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, and related equipment Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Clearly explain repair and replacement options to customers Prepare estimates, document work, collect payments, and close out jobs using ServiceTitan Maintain accurate job notes, photos, equipment information, and system readings Follow safety procedures, codes, and industry best practices Assist less-experienced technicians when needed Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Extensive residential HVAC experience Light commercial experience is a plus Texas HVAC license strongly preferred EPA certification preferred
