Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Selling Technician, where your expertise in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. In this energetic role, you will combine technical proficiency with exceptional customer service to recommend tailored HVAC solutions, perform some parts installations, repairs, and maintenance, and ensure optimal system performance. Your mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills will be vital in delivering reliable comfort solutions to our clients. Duties Engage with customers to assess their HVAC needs, providing expert advice on system options and upgrades Perform HVAC Part installations, repairs, and maintenance with precision and attention to detail Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as Volt meters and interpret schematics for troubleshooting Repair and service a variety of HVAC equipment including gas furnaces, Air Handlers, Heat Pumps and air conditioning units. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment problems involving plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical components Conduct system inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards such as TDLR and EPA regulations for refrigerants and ammonia refrigeration systems. Use hand tools and specialized equipment to perform repairs efficiently while maintaining high safety standards Document all service activities thoroughly and communicate clearly with customers about system status and recommended solutions Qualifications 5+ experience in Sales AND Service Technician roles within HVAC. Strong understanding of schematics, HVAC design principles, electrical diagnostics, and refrigeration systems Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems Knowledge of CRMs (Service Titan, Housecall Pro, Field Edge, etc...) Ability to operate hand tools effectively and perform equipment repair with precision Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; EPA 608 Universal certification for refrigerant handling; additional certifications in HVAC/R are advantageous Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Mechanical aptitude combined with strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex issues quickly Join us in delivering top-tier HVAC solutions that keep our clients comfortable year-round! Pay:
$120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
