Duties:

• Install HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning units, and other equipment.
• Perform equipment replacements as needed.
• Weld and fabricate components as necessary.
• Drive a van to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
• Provide field service support for HVAC/R systems.
• Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC/R systems.

Skills:

• Experience in HVAC/R installation and repair.
• Strong Mechanical Knowledge and Aptitude.
• Ability to weld and fabricate components.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
