The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and experienced with residential or apartment HVAC systems. This position will work closely with Property Management and the Maintenance Team to complete work orders, apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and plumbing projects while providing excellent resident service. In addition to a competitive salary, this position offers performance-based bonuses and additional incentive opportunities. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Service air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC issues Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Complete HVAC repairs during apartment turns and renovations Install and replace HVAC components, thermostats, motors, capacitors, and filters Respond to emergency HVAC calls and participate in on-call rotation Complete work orders accurately and timely Maintain HVAC tools, equipment, and inventory Follow OSHA and company safety standards Provide professional customer service to residents Minimum Qualifications /

Other Expectations:

3-5 years of HVAC experience preferred Residential, apartment, or commercial HVAC experience Strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize work orders Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance Ability to participate in an on-call rotation Certifications & Licensing Requirements HVAC Technician Certification required EPA Section 608 Certification required Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required
