Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and field service experience. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of residential HVAC equipment. The technician will work on diverse projects that require technical expertise in schematics, with various HVAC cooling and heating design to ensure optimal system performance across residential properties. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heat pump systems, gas furnaces , and airhandlers. Read technical manuals related to HVAC design and property maintenance. Perform routine maintenance repairs and equipment repairs to ensure system efficiency and safety. Conduct diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and other electrical testing devices. Welding and mechanical repairs as needed for HVAC or related equipment. Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all work performed On HouseCall Pro. Ensure compliance with safety standards and city/state codes during all service activities. Operate company vehicle for field service tasks. Requirements Proven experience as a service or maintenance technician in HVAC or related fields property maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair HVAC systems. Experience with HVAC equipment repair. Skilled in HVAC troubleshooting using tools like ohmmeters electronic manifolds cell phone and dispatch apps. Knowledge of soldering techniques applicable to HVAC or mechanical repairs. Ability to perform field service tasks efficiently in various environments. Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record. 3 years experience working with HVAC systems is
