for Delivery Drivers in the Balch Springs TX and surrounding areas. No experience is necessary. Paid Training is provided . All you need is to be inspired and motivated to work safe, smart and hard in a team environment. As a delivery driver, you will be the face of our company. It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered safely, on time and to the right location. Details Delivery Drivers start at $22.00 an hour, in addition drivers can receive a weekly bonus based on the team's Performance and Safety. Delivery Drivers can anticipate a 10-hour shift and a 30 to 40-hour work week. We deliver 7 days a week. New delivery drivers can expect to work a shift that includes the weekends. Shifts start at 10:30am sharp. Payday is every week.

Delivery Driver Requirements:

We provide on-the-job training so that all of our employees feel confident on the road and the doorsteps of customers. Our main priority is drivers that we can trust to drive safely and deliver on time. Eligible to work in the U.S Must be 21 years of age or older Have a valid driver's license within the state of employment with clean driving record No CDL or Experience required Consent to a drug test Be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, weighing 10,000 lbs. or less (you do not need to provide your own vehicle) Be able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds during a 10-hour work shift Be able to use handheld technology to manage the delivery process Appropriately handle stressful driving demands including inclement weather conditions Must be able to work the weekends Demonstrate strong communication skills and be a team player

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

Load vans and deliver packages by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, walking upstairs and through driveways in all weather conditions, and deliver packages safely and punctually You can plan on working 3 to 4 days a week, in a 10-hour shift. Overtime is also available Navigate a variety of routes throughout the Dallas area with 150 - 200 stops a day. Follow strict safety standards on and off the road Solve problems independently using critical thinking skills Have a positive can-do attitude Operate a handheld electronic device for GPS, Communicating and daily records You will interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
