Full-Time Join the Team at Tom's Mechanical Tom's Mechanical is seeking an experienced Chiller, Boiler, and Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a highly skilled professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience At least 2 years of hands-on experience servicing commercial chillers and/or boilers Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience servicing commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, air handlers, pumps, and associated controls EPA Universal Certification (required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work safely on ladders, rooftops, and in mechanical rooms Preferred Qualifications Experience servicing commercial chillers and boilers Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Building Automation Systems (BAS), and hydronic systems Texas Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician Registration or Certification Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment, chillers, and boilers Perform preventive maintenance on commercial mechanical systems Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, hydronic, and control system issues Complete detailed service reports using mobile field software Communicate findings and repair recommendations with customers Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and inventory Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation as scheduled What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Company-provided service vehicle Initial company-paid uniforms Company issued cell phone and tablet Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and holidays Ongoing technical training Career advancement opportunities Supportive management team and excellent company culture Why Tom's Mechanical?
