What You'll Do Run residential HVAC service calls — repairs, replacements, maintenance, and system inspections Diagnose issues accurately and present repair and replacement options to homeowners Educate customers so they can make informed decisions Deliver clean, high-quality work and keep your job site and vehicle professional Complete job documentation in ServiceTitan (training provided) What We're Looking For A goal-driven technician comfortable earning through performance Strong homeowner communication and a customer-first attitude Valid Texas HVAC license (or actively working toward) EPA 608 certification required 2+ years of residential service experience preferred NATE or ICE certification a plus ServiceTitan experience preferred (training provided) Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Why McWilliams?
