Macdowell Refrigeration is a family owned company started in 1989. Most of or work is in the convenience store industry, but not all. Commercial only, no residential.

Duties:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and ice making equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC and refrigeration.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Repair or replace defective components in HVAC and refrigeration systems, such as compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats.
• Test HVAC and refrigeration stems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines when working with HVAC and refrigeration equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance tasks, and inspections.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems. .
• Knowledge of equipment repair and property maintenance.
• Ability to operate a van for transportation to job sites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills for field service interactions.
