On-Call Expectations Our on-call schedule is intentionally kept light because we believe work-life balance matters.

Technicians are compensated with:

$100 per on-call call PLUS regular hourly pay while on the call We want our technicians to feel valued for their time and supported — not burned out. Compensation We are intentionally moving toward a model that rewards technicians for being excellent technicians — not just salespeople.
