Job Description
HVAC/R Installer - Refrigeration Installer Cobalt Refrigeration is a family company that has served refrigeration needs across the Mountain West for more than 25 years. What Youll Do Install a variety of commercial HVAC/R equipment, including refrigeration systems, reach-ins, walk-ins, ice machines, air-conditioning units, furnaces, make-up air units, and related equipment. Team members may also perform service work and planned maintenance. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lehi, Utah. Typical workweeks range from 40 to 50 hours and include participation in an on-call rotation. We are hiring at multiple experience levels, from apprentice through journeyman. Qualifications Maintain an insurable driving record throughout employment. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Mechanically inclined, with experience and/or knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC/R equipment. Strong communication skills. Reliable, with strong time-management skills. Compensation $22-$30 per hour, depending on experience. Overtime pay. On-call work paid at double time. Benefits Annual performance evaluations.
