You will be responsible for repairing & installing a wide range of heating and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets safety standards, building codes, and customer expectations. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced HVAC technology while delivering exceptional service that improves our customers' quality of life. This job will also include some routine maintenance & appliance repair work. Duties Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heat pumps, mini-splits & furnaces on residential properties. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to ensure precise system setup. Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently. Perform repairs & routine maintenance on existing HVAC systems to optimize performance and extend lifespan. Provide expert advice & education to Increase on-site conversions for repairs & installations Requirements EPA 608 License 2+ years - Service technician experience with HVAC systems. 1+ years - Install technician experience with HVAC systems. Ability to adapt to new work environments (appliance repair & routine maintenance) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
