Position Summary This job will be meeting at the jobsite in communities in Westhaven & Clinton, and occasionally outside of Weber County. The HVAC Installer is responsible for performing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new residential construction projects. Key Responsibilities Install complete HVAC systems including furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, and related components according to plans and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and builder specifications. Verify materials on-site and ensure proper installation methods are followed. Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with code. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times. Complete required documentation (daily reports, material requests, change orders, etc.). Identify potential issues early and communicate solutions proactively. Qualifications 1+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (new construction preferred). Basic understanding of duct design, airflow principles, and local mechanical codes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) a plus. RMGA a plus Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying weather conditions. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
