Job Overview We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused HVAC Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups on residential heating and cooling systems to help customers keep their equipment operating efficiently year-round. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits. Complete seasonal tune-ups and equipment inspections. Identify worn or failing components and communicate findings to customers. Recommend repairs or additional services when needed. Clean and inspect HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Complete digital work orders and maintenance reports accurately. Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area. Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally. Qualifications Previous HVAC experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate. EPA Certification required. RMGA Certification required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.

From $25.00 per hour
