HVAC Installer Kuhn's Heating & Air St. George, UT Kuhn's Heating & Air is hiring HVAC Installers to join our team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want to build a career in the HVAC industry. This position is open to both new and experienced installers . Whether you already have installation experience or are newer to the trade and ready to learn, we want people with a strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to grow.

Pay:

Hourly pay $20-$35 Estimated yearly earnings: $42,000-$80,000 depending on experience, skill level, and performance

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with or lead installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, coils, mini splits, and related equipment Follow company standards and local code requirements Work safely, efficiently, and professionally on job sites Keep work areas clean and organized Communicate well with team members and customers Continue developing installation knowledge and skills on the job

Qualifications:

HVAC installation experience is helpful, but not required Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to lift equipment, use tools, and work in a variety of environments Good communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license preferred EPA certification is a plus, but not required
