Maintenance techs are the front line of our membership program, and the people we promote to Service Tech. Owner who knows your name Career track: Maintenance Tech Service Tech What You'll Do Perform scheduled maintenance and tune-ups on residential furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps Inspect systems, document findings, and flag repair or replacement needs for the service team Enroll homeowners in our maintenance membership program Keep a neat work area and inspect it after every job Wear floor savers in the client's home Maintain a clean, stocked company vehicle Drive and work safely, every day What You Bring 1+ year of HVAC experience (maintenance, install, or apprenticeship) or HVAC trade school completion EPA Section 608 (Type II or Universal); we will help you get Universal if you don't have it Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and a customer-first attitude Able to lift 50 lbs; must have basic tools Clean driving record $24.00-$28.00 per hour, plus membership and accessory spiffs.
