Irontown Modular is an innovative custom home builder looking for an

EXPERIENCED

Licensed Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Journeyman to join our team. Irontown focuses on single and multi-family modular homes, allowing for complete customization of plan, specifications and building materials for each project, with a focus on sustainability and energy-efficient building.

Requirements:

The experienced licensed HVAC Journeyman will be required to be proficient in install and repairs of various air quality systems. Be able to locate and diagnose mechanical faults, maintenance risks on equipment, conduct warranty services including cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems. Be able to lift at least 15 pounds without restrictions. Good communication skills are required. Plus, be a team player to potentially help other crews if any downtime. A minimum of 2 years preferred

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 10-hour days - 40 hours guaranteed. Occasional overtime as projects dictates.
