Qualifications What You Need:

1 years of HVAC experience (field or school-based) EPA certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces Strong work ethic and customer-focused attitude Must pass background check and drug screen Valid driver's license with good driving record
