Position Summary We're seeking a skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing HVAC division! This role is ideal for someone with at three years of experience installing residential HVAC equipment and systems. Key Responsibilities Install a variety of residential HVAC systems, including split systems, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits Perform start-ups and ensure proper system functionality Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites Communicate effectively with customers and team members Adhere to all local HVAC codes and safety regulations Qualifications 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience required EPA certification required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Excellent customer service and communication skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience A Sign-On Bonus up to $10,000 based on experience!
