Our client, a leader in commercial building services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting multiple clients across various locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

$34 - $37 per hour What's the Job? Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems in assigned facilities. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal system performance. Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including fixtures, roofing, lighting, and walls. Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time. Support multiple clients by troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment, ensuring energy efficiency and safety standards are met. What's Needed? Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance. Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment). High school diploma or GED required. Valid state driver's license is mandatory.
