Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer/Service Technician to join our growing, privately owned family business. The ideal candidate will be comfortable on a ladder, working with hand tools and have an aptitude for learning mechanical systems. Our company holds high ethical standards and takes extreme pride in the quality of work we provide for our customers. If you are detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic and want a career with HVAC systems, we want to hear from you. Pay will be determined on current HVAC experience with a potential pay increase at 90-days and an annual review after the first year. Employees are given two-weeks of paid time off and receive six paid holidays each year.Responsibilities:
- Specializing in radiant floor heat, mini splits, ventilation, air to water heat pumps, and boiler replacements
- Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs
- Read and interpret schematics to determine the layout of HVAC systems
- Build new HVAC systems according to specifications
Requirements:
- Aptitude for learning mechanical systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to safely drive a company van for service calls
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer/Service Technician
- Knowledge of boiler systems and their operation
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals
- Strong understanding of air conditioning principles and systems
