$29-$40/hour + Commission Northwest Expert Heating, Cooling & Electrical is growing and looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our service team. We're looking for a strong diagnostic technician who can accurately troubleshoot residential HVAC systems, perform repairs, and provide homeowners with a professional, trustworthy service experience. What We Offer $29-$40/hour based on experience 10% commission on repairs over $250 Consistent service call volume Monday-Friday schedule Take-home company vehicle 100% company-paid medical for employee PTO + 6 paid holidays Ongoing technical and product training Strong support from dispatch, sales, and installation teams Opportunity to grow with an expanding HVAC company What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience EPA 608 Certification required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience servicing and repairing residential heating and cooling systems Comfortable communicating repair options to homeowners Professional, reliable, and customer-focused Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Experience with heat pumps, high-efficiency systems, and residential HVAC repair sales is a plus. The Role You'll run residential service calls throughout the Seattle-to-Olympia area, diagnose HVAC system issues, recommend and perform repairs, and help homeowners understand their options.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
