Job Summary ACES Heating & Cooling is growing, and we're looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company long-term. This technician can be located in either the Tri-Cities or Hermiston area. We're not looking for someone who just punches a clock, we want a problem-solver who cares about customers, quality, and being part of a solid team.

What You'll Do:

Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform maintenance and system tune-ups Clearly explain findings and recommendations to customers Complete CRM work accurately and on time Maintain a clean, professional appearance and job site Participate in occasional installation work (preferred)

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic skills Installation experience preferred EPA certification Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong communication skills Team-oriented attitude with a positive mindset Desire to grow professionally and help grow the company Ability to take on-call rotations
