ABOUT OUR FAMILY

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Commercial & Multifamily Focus:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain advanced HVAC systems primarily across commercial buildings, retail spaces, and multifamily complexes (with minimal residential calls).
Advanced Systems Diagnostics:
Troubleshoot multi-zone mini-splits, complex VRF networks, and VTAC units from industry-leading brands.
Ventilation & Air Movement:
Service and maintain commercial make-up air systems, and dedicated exhaust units.
Customer Interaction:
Serve as a trusted advisor, explaining technical findings and repair choices clearly to property managers, general contractors, and business owners.
EQUIPMENT & BRANDS YOU'LL WORK WITH
Daikin, Mitsubishi, & LG (VRF & Ductless Systems) CaptiveAire & Greenheck (Commercial Ventilation & Make-Up Air Systems)
VTAC / PTAC
Units (Multifamily & Commercial properties)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Technical & Certifications Experience:
2 to 4 years of dedicated, hands-on commercial or multifamily HVAC service field experience.
Technical Skills:
Proven proficiency with variable refrigerant flow systems and commercial air movement equipment.
Certifications:
Valid EPA Universal Certification is required. A WA State Electrical Certification (06A) is highly preferred.
Licensing:
A clean, valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Physical Demands Lifting:
Ability to safely lift, move, and carry equipment or tools weighing at least 50 lbs unassisted .
Mobility:
Able to safely climb extension ladders, roof ladders, stepladders , and scaffolding to access rooftops and elevated units.
Stamina & Flexibility:
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and maneuver comfortably within tight spaces, crawl spaces, or attics.
Environment:
Comfortable working outdoors and adapting to varying Pacific Northwest weather conditions.

$45.00 - $75.00 per hour
