Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician - 06A Required $40-$58/hr | Take-Home Vehicle | Gas Card | Year-Round Commercial Service Work Home Comfort Alliance is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our commercial service team. This role is for a technician who can independently diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment while delivering a professional customer experience. This is a commercial service position focused on diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, customer communication, and quality workmanship. Pay & Benefits $40-$58 per hour, depending on experience Take-home company vehicle and gas card 401(k) matching program Employee-sponsored health insurance plan Free employee-only high-deductible health plan option Tool allowance Paid training and advancement opportunities Steady year-round commercial service work What You'll Work On Rooftop units Split systems Heat pumps Gas furnaces Boilers Ductless systems Unit heaters ERVs, exhaust fans, and economizers VAV systems, damper controls, and commercial comfort systems What We're Looking For Active Washington State 06A Electrical Certification EPA Certification Valid Washington State driver's license Strong commercial HVAC diagnostic and repair experience Ability to work independently with minimal support Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, refrigeration, airflow, controls, and mechanical systems Professional communication with customers and internal team members Commitment to quality, safety, and doing the job right the first time Preferred Experience 5+ years of HVAC service experience Experience with RTUs, boilers, VAV systems, economizers, and commercial controls Experience mentoring junior technicians Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software About Home Comfort Alliance Home Comfort Alliance has served the Puget Sound area for more than 46 years.
