This is a leadership role that combines HVAC technical knowledge, sales, estimating, project management, and team leadership. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and with exceptional quality while helping the installation division grow. Responsibilities Meet with residential and light commercial customers to assess HVAC replacement and installation needs. Prepare accurate estimates and professional proposals. Build customer relationships and follow up on sales opportunities. Manage installation projects from sale through completion. Coordinate technicians, materials, equipment, permits, and project schedules. Monitor project progress and resolve issues to keep installations on track. Ensure all work meets applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and quality standards. Lead, mentor, and support installation technicians. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and developing team members. Deliver an outstanding customer experience through proactive communication. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall department performance.
