We expect our Leads to be problem solvers, teachers, craftsmen, and teammates. Responsibilities Lead residential and light-commercial HVAC installations from beginning through startup. Install ductless heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, controls, and related mechanical systems. Review job scope, equipment, materials, and job requirements before beginning work. Direct and develop Assistant Installers. Read and interpret installation manuals, schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation. Recognize field conditions that differ from the original scope and communicate them before proceeding. Troubleshoot installation and equipment issues. Perform proper system startup, testing, commissioning, and verification. Provide outstanding communication with customers throughout the project. Maintain accurate documentation and photos. Maintain an organized vehicle, tools, materials, and worksite. Help prevent callbacks through attention to detail and proper verification. Work collaboratively with Sales, Service, Electrical, Warehouse, and other Falco's departments. Be willing to learn additional product categories, including fireplaces and hearth systems. Qualifications Required or strongly preferred depending on experience: Demonstrated HVAC installation experience. Ability to independently complete residential HVAC replacement installations. Strong understanding of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems. EPA 608 certification. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to lead and develop an Assistant Installer.

Gas Mechanic I License. Washington electrical licensing. Idaho HVAC Journeyman License. New-construction HVAC experience. Ductless installation experience. ServiceTitan experience.
