Reliable Work and Career Growth Steady, year-round workload across multiple departments Varied projects, including retrofits, new construction, and light commercial installations Long-term career advancement opportunities Leadership that values experienced installers and promotes from within Tools and Team Support Company-provided phone and tablet Tool account assistance Continuing education and licensing support Organized scheduling and team communication Collaborative environment with strong installation support Compensation and Benefits $33-$42 per hour, depending on experience Performance SPIFF opportunities 401(k) with company match Health insurance with employer contribution Company-paid life insurance Dental and vision coverage available Paid vacation and sick time Employee and family discounts Boot allowance What You'll Do Install complete HVAC systems in residential and light commercial properties Complete residential replacement and retrofit installations Install HVAC equipment for new construction projects Fabricate and install ductwork systems Run refrigerant lines, flue piping, gas piping, and condensate drains Wire and connect low-voltage controls and thermostats Start up, test, and confirm proper system operation Troubleshoot and resolve installation and startup issues in the field Read and follow blueprints, plans, and job specifications Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and team members What You'll Bring At least three years of HVAC installation experience preferred Strong residential retrofit and replacement experience New construction and light commercial experience is a plus Ability to install furnaces, heat pumps, air-conditioning systems, mini splits, and air handlers Working knowledge of duct design and airflow principles Ability to independently troubleshoot installation and startup issues Knowledge of HVAC codes, safety practices, and installation standards Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach Build Your Future With Us We're looking for skilled installers who take pride in their work, support their teammates, and want to build a lasting career in the HVAC trade.
