We're looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. Position Summary The HVAC Installer is responsible for installing residential heating and air conditioning systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, ductwork, ventilation systems, and related equipment. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, ductwork, thermostats, and ventilation equipment.
- Read blueprints and installation plans.
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot installation issues as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and coworkers.
- Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience preferred. 06B license
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude.
- Experience with new construction and residential replacement installs is a plus. Benefits
