Job Description

Industrial HVAC Technician Looking for a skilled technician to work on industrial and commercial HVAC systems in the Appleton, WI area. This is a direct-hire position with flexible 1st shift hours.
Salary:
Up to $160,000 Base Salary (based on experience) +
Full Benefits Schedule:
Flexible 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with minimal overtime
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Design, 3+ years of experience in HVAC design

Join a leading company specializing in industrial refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and custom metal fabrication systems. As an Industrial HVAC Technician, you will collaborate with sales, estimation, and fabrication teams to engineer custom HVAC solutions and build long-lasting client relationships. What You Will Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities) Analyze customer inquiries and site requirements to propose technical HVAC solutions Design HVAC systems for various facilities Execute mechanical engineering calculations Develop schematic designs and CAD models Draft technical proposal letters and scope documents Coordinate construction drawings and plan reviews Mentor junior design engineers What We Are Looking For (Requirements & Qualifications) Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Design 3+ years of hands-on HVAC design experience Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, HVAC load calculation programs, and Excel Excellent presentation and collaboration skills Certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or LEED AP are a plus Ability to travel and access mechanical spaces as needed
