Full Job Description Our family friendly small business has been growing at a substantial rate and are looking to add to our employee base. We have many new construction projects that we are looking to hire an experienced HVAC installer. This HVAC installer position requires experience in fabrication and layout of ductwork, sheet metal fittings, and installation of HVAC equipment. Requirements Full time, 40+ hours per week - Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (with flexibility to come in early or stay later if needed) Able to work overtime and Saturdays (as needed) On call weekly rotation (possibility) Valid driver's license Experience and knowledge of power and hand tools Experience with layout and building ductwork Minimum 1-2 years of HVAC experience in new construction and/or replacement work (furnace/AC) EPA certified, Level 1 & 2 minimum Preferred (not required) Boiler installation experience Service experience GEO installation experience Attributes Hardworking and self motivated, can work independently and in a team Team player Can take direction Willing to learn and tackle new things Able to communicate with customers and co-workers Flexible, able to work outside in heat and cold, on ladders, in attics, and crawl spaces Benefits Simple Retirement Account Health Insurance (individual or family) Dental Insurance (individual or family) Bonuses (based on individual and company performance)
