6:00pm-5:30am Monday-Friday We are seeking an experienced Machine Rebuild/Repair Technician II to join a growing, employee-owned manufacturing company in Clinton, WI. This position plays an important role in maintaining, repairing, rebuilding, and installing heavy industrial machinery to keep production running safely and efficiently. This is a great direct hire opportunity for someone with strong mechanical skills who enjoys troubleshooting equipment and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Machine Rebuild/Repair Technician II Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and install heavy industrial machinery and machine tools
  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
  • Disassemble, inspect, repair, and replace worn or defective components
  • Perform preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability
  • Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical and hydraulic schematics, maintenance manuals, and work orders
  • Assist with equipment installations, relocations, and modifications
  • Use hand tools and precision measuring equipment, including micrometers and calipers
  • Follow all safety and environmental procedures
Machine Rebuild/Repair Technician II Requirements:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical/hydraulic schematics
  • Experience using hand tools and precision measuring equipment
  • Previous experience maintaining or repairing industrial machinery preferred
  • Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Able to work in varying temperatures
  • Able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and work in awkward positions
  • Able to perform physically demanding maintenance work throughout the shift
  • Pre-employment drug screening is required
