Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced HVAC Service Technician with 5+ years of commercial and industrial HVAC experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who excels in mission-critical environments and is comfortable traveling to customer sites throughout the United States.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining precision cooling equipment in data centers or other critical infrastructure facilities. This position requires a strong work ethic, exceptional technical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Install precision cooling equipment per the provided design. Read and interpret electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and control schematics. Commission new HVAC equipment and verify proper system operation. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards. Travel extensively to customer locations across the United States. Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally. Required Qualifications 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and control systems Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions in the field Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel EPA Universal Certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and confined spaces as required Preferred Qualifications Experience with
CRAC/CRAH
units and precision cooling systems Proven experience working in data center or other mission-critical environments Strong Experience with Vertiv/Leibert Technology systems. Strong Experience with Trane Technology systems. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification Ability to mentor junior technicians when needed Mechanical License is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Company vehicle or travel reimbursement (where applicable) Per Diem for Lodging and Food during projects. Compensation:
$2,500.00/ week during projects.
