Our consulting team delivers full-service commissioning for new and existing buildings, while our technical services team performs start‑ups on complex HVAC equipment from a wide range of manufacturers. Milwaukee:
you commission a rooftop unit and dial in ventilation settings. Midday in
Madison:
you troubleshoot a humidity control issue and verify energy management sequences. Afternoon in
Northern Wisconsin:
you wrap up repairs on a water‑source heat pump and debrief the client with clear, customer‑friendly guidance. Your focus Perform start‑up and service across air‑conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control, and energy management applications. Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems; document findings and recommendations. Deliver dependable, professional service and strong customer communication. Support a growing service portfolio—opportunities exist for both experienced and entry‑level technicians. Where you'll work Field-based role serving clients across Milwaukee, Madison, and Northern Wisconsin. What you bring 5+ years of field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning (experienced tracks); motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply. Hands-on knowledge of commercial A/C, heating, water‑source heat pumps, and rooftop packaged HVAC systems. EPA Type I & II or Universal certification. Personal hand tools. Clean driving record. OSHA 10‑hour training (preferred).
Compensation Estimated Salary:
$40-$60/hr based on experience and skills, plus benefits.
