What you will do : Performs a variety of complex services in specialized building system areas such as HVAC and Mechanical maintenance, repair, and operation.

How you will do it:

Requisitions of new supplies and equipment. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Complies with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards. Perform other duties as required. What we look for : Required Looking for someone with general maintenance and HVAC experience Experience in HVAC commercial Experience in general maintenance Collaborate with general contractors, Electricians and other construction professionals. Must be able work various shifts and holidays as needed. Must possess a valid driver's license and will be required to pass a background check. HIRING HOURLY RANGE

$23.07 - 31.73 Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
