Job Description

Katz Properties, Inc. has an immediate opening for a certified HVAC Technician with a minimum of ten years of extensive experience. We are looking for a reliable, hard working, thorough, and self starting person to join our professional team.

Applicants must have experience with:

Hydronic boilers

Steam boilers
High efficiency boilers
Water heaters
Heat pumps
Shell and tube heat exchangers with steam controls
Control Wiring
Tuning power burners
Traditional furnace AC's
refrigeration
chillers, etc.

In addition, the right candidate will be familiar with high rise systems, fire suppression systems, have a boiler operator license, as well as a certification in welding. Applicants will need to have a valid drivers license. Salary will be based on experience.
