Preservana Corporation Job Overview Preservana Corporation is seeking experienced Independent HVAC Contractors to join our growing nationwide network. We are looking for licensed, insured, and dependable HVAC professionals who can perform residential and commercial HVAC service, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations while delivering exceptional customer service. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to accept work orders based on your availability while representing Preservana Corporation with professionalism and quality workmanship. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, and refrigeration equipment. Perform system installations, replacements, and preventive maintenance. Identify system failures and provide accurate repair recommendations. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Perform refrigerant recovery, evacuation, leak detection, and charging in accordance with EPA regulations. Complete service reports, photos, and estimates through our work order platform. Communicate professionally with customers and our dispatch team. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications. Maintain your own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation. Requirements Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of HVAC service experience . EPA Universal Certification (preferred). Valid HVAC license (where required by state or local regulations). General Liability Insurance. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Smartphone or tablet for receiving and completing work orders. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems. Experience with refrigeration equipment and heat pumps. Ability to perform brazing, welding, and electrical diagnostics. Familiarity with HVAC software and mobile service applications.
