Schedule:

Monday

• Friday, full-time (Overtime available when you want it) What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems Deliver outstanding customer service with honest, professional recommendations Work independently while backed by a supportive team Share feedback with the Service Manager on training needs, inventory, and pricing What You Need 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience Valid driver's license with insurable driving record EPA Universal License (required) Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles
