Wichita, KS Overview We are seeking a skilled Assembly Mechanic to join our dynamic team in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly and maintenance of aerospace components, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. If you have a passion for mechanics and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly of aerospace components according to specifications. Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic systems to ensure optimal performance. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on assembly equipment. Utilize shop math skills to calculate measurements and tolerances accurately. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide assembly processes. Collaborate with team members to improve assembly techniques and processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Must have 5-10 years of aviation experience. Proven experience in mechanical assembly and aerospace manufacturing. Strong troubleshooting skills in pneumatics and mechanical systems. Familiarity with maintenance and repair practices for assembly equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation. Proficient in shop math, including measurements and calculations. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
