You have:

(required) Skills Assessment from Synergy Tech must be taken and meet minimum requirements. Initiative to learn new tasks and interested in training Enthusiastic about learning equipment and learning failure patterns. Self motivation and self discipline Must be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting Must be flexible to work any shift, holidays, and weekends as needed Overtime is required if deemed necessary by management Ability to be certified for Forklift, Crane, Gennie, and Scissor Lift In this role, you will: Have General Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic Troubleshooting Skills Identify Problems and formulate solutions to fix the problems Fix most problems with minimal assistance from a higher skill level employee. Troubleshoot small electrical circuits and find problems Troubleshoot small pumping circuits and pump failures Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical drive systems such as belts, motors, and chains with minimal assistance Repair mechanical failures in a timely fashion General Idea of manufacturing operations, such as: Extrusion Press Operation Water Treatment Process Pumping and Systems Anodizing and Paint Operations Perform PMs such as oil level checks and mechanical Inspections Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
