You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on an on-site work schedule. 2nd shift In this role, you will impact the overall manufacturing process by ensuring timely and accurate assembly of mechanical parts, supporting production goals, and maintaining safety and quality standards in the workplace. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and systems according to detailed instructions and blueprints. Perform routine inspections and testing to verify the quality and functionality of assembled products. Maintain and troubleshoot assembly tools and equipment to ensure efficient operation. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Proven experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical components, assembly techniques, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment used in assembly processes. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

FAA REQUIREMENTS
All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test, testing for Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opioids (codeine, heroin, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone). The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees, regular and temporary, in safety-sensitive positions, to be included in the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
