YOU MUST HAVE
Proven experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical components, assembly techniques, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment used in assembly processes. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of quality and safety.WE VALUE
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and efficiency. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Basic knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new assembly techniques and technologies.FAA REQUIREMENTS
