We're growing — and we're looking for a skilled, motivated Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Technician to join our Livingston team. If you're passionate about keeping equipment running smoothly and want to advance your career in a modern, high-performance plant, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Collaborate with the Chief Engineer on maintenance schedules and inspections Maintain accurate logs, parts inventory, and repair documentation Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards Mentor junior maintenance team members and share best practices What You Bring 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing or laundry preferred) Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Familiarity with PLCs a plus Electrical or Electronics Certification from an accredited institution preferred Solid understanding of safety protocols and lock-out/tag-out procedures Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an active, high-energy environment What We Offer Competitive pay: $28 - $42/hr (DOQ) 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and holidays Professional development & advancement opportunities Referral bonus program Work with modern, state-of-the-art equipment in a safety-focused environment Schedule Our plant is operational 24/7/365.
