•Sunday) What a typical day could look like You arrive for shift handoff, review open work orders, and prioritize a preventive maintenance round. You clean, lubricate, align, and calibrate critical assets to keep uptime high. Mid-shift, a production line throws a fault—you quickly diagnose the issue, test components, and swap a worn part to get the line back in spec. Before clocking out, you document work performed, recommend a minor design tweak to improve yield, and log a follow-up inspection for the next cycle. What you'll do Execute routine service: cleaning, lubrication, part alignment/adjustment, and calibration. Test, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment; source and install replacement parts. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across plant systems to minimize downtime. Analyze equipment failures and propose improvements to availability, capability, and yield. Create clear maintenance documentation and technical reports for modifications and procedures. What you bring Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs. Willingness to work overtime as needed. 1-5 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred. Foundational electrical skills in a manufacturing setting preferred.
