Full-Time, Hourly Position Summary We are seeking a Line Mechanic to support high-speed manufacturing and packaging operations. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and adjusting production equipment to minimize downtime and keep production lines running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair production and packaging equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and equipment adjustments. Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues. Support equipment changeovers and line setups. Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimize production downtime. Follow safety, quality, and GMP procedures. Maintain accurate maintenance records. Qualifications Previous experience as a Line Mechanic, Maintenance Mechanic, Packaging Mechanic, or Industrial Mechanic. Experience with high-speed manufacturing or packaging equipment preferred. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. Basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
