This is a true industrial winding position—not automotive or small-engine repair. Responsibilities Rewind, repair, and rebuild AC/DC electric motors, stators, armatures, and field coils Strip motors, record winding data, and manufacture/install new copper windings Read winding diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings Perform insulation, brazing/soldering, testing, and final assembly Use electrical testing equipment to verify motor integrity Qualifications 3-5+ years of industrial electric motor winding experience required Proven experience with copper coil winding (random and/or form coil) Ability to read winding diagrams and electrical blueprints Experience testing and repairing industrial electric motors
