We run CNC machines and 3D printers and build small-batch assemblies, custom wire harnesses, and panel builds for engineering and product teams. We're a lean team, so you'll work on real hardware that ships to customers. Your role will be multi-disciplinary in that you will work on wiring, assembling electronics, running test equipment, and using power tools on a variety of projects. We have CNCs, lasers, and 3D printers to run (and we will teach you how to use them). You will need to be able to work on ladders. What You'll Do

• Build wire harnesses and cable assemblies to drawings and build sheets: cutting, stripping, crimping, pinning, heat-shrink, labeling, and sleeving
• Work with connector families such as Molex Mini-Fit Jr., Micro-Fit 3.0, and Deutsch DTM
• Assemble electro-mechanical products and enclosures, including panel wiring, component mounting, fastening, and fit-up
• Perform continuity and basic functional checks, and document results
• Handle general shop tasks such as deburring, part cleanup, light finishing, kitting, and packaging
• Keep the work area organized and flag issues with drawings, parts, or processes What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of hands-on wiring, harness, or electro-mechanical assembly experience
• Clean, consistent crimping, and familiarity with proper crimp tooling and inspection
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings
• Comfort with hand tools, a multimeter, and basic power tools
• Self-directed and reliable, able to take a build package and run with it
• Attention to detail and pride in tidy, repeatable work Nice to Have

• IPC/WHMA-A-620

  familiarity or certification
• Soldering experience (J-STD-001 a plus)
• Familiarity with CNC operations or 3D printing
• Background in a small shop or low-volume production environment
• Experience with slack, microsoft teams
• generally tech savy Onsite, in Santee with fairly flexible hours once you have proven you can deliver quality work and self-manage.

Can lead into a shop management role in time for the right person.
