$20 / hour Job Description Conveyor Belt Technician We are seeking motivated, mechanically inclined individuals to join a field service team installing and servicing industrial conveyor belt systems throughout the Rocky Mountain region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, traveling with a crew, and working in a variety of industrial environments. No prior conveyor belt experience required — we are willing to train the right candidate. Position Overview After a brief training period, you will travel Monday through Friday with an experienced field crew to service and install industrial conveyor belt systems in: Warehouses Gravel plants Manufacturing facilities Other industrial environments Projects vary in length and location. If a job wraps up early during the week, you will have the opportunity to work in the warehouse to prepare materials and cut belts to ensure a full 40-hour work week. Schedule Typically Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (hours and days may vary depending on job site) Travel required throughout the Rocky Mountain region You will travel in company vehicles (no personal vehicle required) Compensation & Benefits $20.00/hour starting pay Company-paid hotel accommodations Company-paid food while traveling Company-paid gas and transportation Opportunity for consistent 40-hour work weeks All required PPE provided (except boots and work pants) What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude Willingness to learn and be trained Comfortable working with tools and performing hands-on labor Ability to lift heavy materials Comfortable working in a variety of environments: Hot and cold temperatures Noisy, dusty, and dirty conditions Indoor and outdoor settings Valid driver's license required Must provide: Steel-toed boots Work pants Ideal Candidate Not afraid to get their hands dirty Enjoys physical work Team-oriented Reliable and punctual Comfortable traveling during the week Looking to build a long-term career in industrial field service If you are mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to join a team that works hard and travels together, we encourage you to apply today.
