One minute, you'll be diagnosing a PLC fault with an ohmmeter; the next, you could be welding a bracket, troubleshooting car wash equipment, or rewiring a motor. - Keep our facilities running at their best through preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, car wash equipment, and building systems.
- Diagnose and solve electrical issues using schematics, meters, and your troubleshooting expertise.
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot PLCs, electrical panels, motors, controls, and wiring.
- Put your hands-on skills to work with welding, fabrication, and equipment installations.
- Take part in facility upgrades, equipment improvements, and renovation projects that have a visible impact on operations.
- Respond to challenges, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions that improves reliability and performance.
- Use your self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize work, adapt to changing demands, and follow projects through to completion.
- Work closely with coworkers, supervisors, and administration to support operations across multiple locations. Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
