We're looking for motivated individuals with experience in electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, conduit installation, automotive mechanics, welding school training, maintenance, or construction to join a growing manufacturing team. Whether you've worked as an electrician, mechanic, welder, maintenance technician, construction laborer, or assembler, we want to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing As an Electrical & Mechanical Assembler, you'll help build and wire concrete trucks and heavy equipment used throughout the construction industry. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings. Install and wire lights, electrical harnesses, switches, and control systems. Run conduit, route wiring, and connect electrical components. Assist with the installation of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools. Install tailgate systems, electrical controls, and vehicle accessories. Measure, fit, and secure parts using tape measures and assembly equipment. Troubleshoot and correct wiring or assembly issues. Perform quality inspections to ensure equipment meets safety and performance standards. Work closely with the production team to complete builds on schedule. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Electrical assembly or wiring Conduit bending, installation, or routing Automotive mechanic or diesel mechanic work Mechanical assembly Industrial maintenance Construction or carpentry Welding school or technical school training Manufacturing or production environments Blueprint reading Hydraulic and pneumatic systems Preferred Qualifications Minimum 6 months of hands-on mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or assembly experience. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience working on vehicles, equipment, machinery, or construction projects. Welding school graduates or candidates with fabrication experience are encouraged to apply.
